Love is in the Air...

These two love birds came out last night to celebrate their upcoming union. We are so excited about their special day, it sounds like it is going to be an beautiful celebration. I just love these shots. So playful, intimate, loving, and beautiful. Thanks to the both of you for letting us be a part of this special time. You are a very special couple and we wish you all the best. We can't wait to see you guys in full Renaissance flair!

Bedtime Fun!

I had so much fun yesterday with the Rogers girls. We have been watching them grow over the years through Shannon's sisters dance studio, Angie's Dance Plus. And WOW, how they have grown, into some beautiful young women! I just love this first shot of Momma with her girls. As a Momma of a little girl myself, it stirred so much emotion in me. These are her babies and they aren't much babies anymore. Time goes by too quickly.


Here is one of sweet Miss T. and her umbrella. I just LOVE it!!! You did such a great job, girl!


And one of big sister...She is a gifted tap dancer. And when she smiles, it penetrates your heart. Very beautiful, inside and out!

Battles Family

This sweet family came out yesterday evening. We had so much fun hanging out with you guys! We started off the shoot with some family shots, and you guys knew this was coming... :) ...It was too funny not to share! This was the second frame....everyone was a little nervous, which is normal...We joked that the only thing missing was the pitchfork to recreate the famous shot we all know and love. But after a little break, laughter, & direction from yours truly, the supermodels were exposed! This is the very next frame....

I do....

This past weekend, Shannon and I were honored to capture our cousins wedding. Due to the hurricane, there was a last minute change of venue, but it still turned out beautiful. She was a beaming bride and their blended family is testament of their love. Thank you both for allowing us to be a part of your special day. Welcome to the family, Justin!

Mr. B and his Momma

came out to play today. It was a beautiful day to shoot outside. The hurricane cooled things off around here and we are very thankful! Mr. B did an awesome job. KK enjoyed hanging with him in between shots. Here are a couple of Mr. B in action....

And while Mr. B and KK played, we took advantage of a beautiful Momma on hand and shot away. As a Mom myself, I know we tend to forget about us. We need to remember that we are women first and feeling beautiful is a wonderful thing. Thank you, K for trusting us with your family. You guys are great and we had so much fun today! Mr. T, Tyler that is...

Mom & Dad brought Mr. T out to visit this morning. It was a long drive from Arkansas, but I am so thankful that you made the trek. He is a handsome little man and even though he put up a good fight, we still managed to get him to sleep for a little while. Momma really wanted the first image. She was in love with the angel wings. I love the white background, he looks like he is laying on a cloud, can't you hear the angels singing?

And here is one of the whole family....just beautiful...and as you can see, he didn't stay asleep long!
And just one more to hold you guys over. We tried several times to get some outdoorsman type photos and this was the last attempt. I just love the smile. Too sweet!

3 going on 21! :)

The hurricane wasn't the only thing that blew into Stuart today...Miss B. came out this morning full of life and ready for action! She brought a few props with her and picked up a few along the way. It took her a little while to get comfortable, but by the end of the shoot she was cool with just chillin' at the studio. I love a strong woman, even if she is only 'almost' three. Let's just hope she holds onto that! Thank you Momma for bringing her out. It was great fun and I hope you enjoy your sneak peek.
