Tennessee in the house!

KK and I were so excited when Mrs Arlene called and set up an appointment to bring her grandbabies out. (Well, they're not so much babies anymore, but sorry girls, you will always be to Granny.) Mrs Arlene was one of KK's Pre-K teachers and she has been missing her since school has been out. It was so nice to see her again, enjoying her summer. Thank you guys for coming out. We had a great time hanging out! It was so nice to meet you, Ms. K & Ms. A! Enjoy the rest of your summer!

All the way from Indiana...

This was the first of a couple of sessions I had on Friday, where Granny's took advantage of having their grandchildren visiting to get some portraits made. I was so excited to see these two. It has been almost 2 years since I had them in front of my lens. They have grown so much and are still as cute as can be. Thank you guys for letting me be a part of your summer visit! It was great seeing you all again!! Enjoy the week!

Two birthdays to Celebrate!

The Anderson's have had two reasons to celebrate recently, Miss G's 5th birthday & Z man's 1st! They are the sweetest pair. Seeing them together makes me think for a moment that KK is onto something with this little sister request. The bond is already forged, even though Mr. Z doesn't have time for sister's lovins. But that is just typical of the mobile age. Once they learn to go, they don't slow down for much! Hang in there sister, you are an awesome big sister! Here is Mr. Z in action.....

And one for the princess...Happy Birthday to you both!!

Curls for Miss K!

I think all my 1st birthday babies have been going through growth spurts! They have all been VERY tired during their sessions and we are having to work HARD to get them to smile! Either that or we are going to have to come up with some new tricks, lol! We look like a bunch of crazy people, but when you get a smile like this, it melts your heart and makes all the sweat rolling down your back worth it! Miss K had the sweetest locks of curls and even when she was serious, she is just a beautiful baby. This next image is a new favorite for me. She is so angelic and we are very thankful that you brought her out to celebrate her big day! We hope you guys have a great weekend!! Blessings!

A new family...

The Lord has blessed us with a new family in our community and we finally got to spend some time with them this week when they came out to celebrate the birth of their new baby girl. She surprised us all when she slept for the majority of her session and we were able to get some precious shots. Big sister wasn't much interested in taking pictures, but we still managed to get some with her in her new role! You guys have a beautiful family and we look forward to getting to know you guys better! Blessings!

Kamille turns ONE!

It is so much fun to watch these little ones grow! Kamille is getting ready to celebrate her very 1st birthday! She is always a joy to photograph, she is a beautiful gal. Here are just a few from her session yesterday. Thank you to Mom, J.J. and Grandma for all your help! Grandma put the cake and decorations together and we thought they were awesome! When McKenna saw me editing this morning she asked if that was her (Kamille) birthday cake with the tiarra on it. I said yes, and she asked if she could have one just like it! You've got a couple of months before I will be calling! Have a great week girls!

Beautiful Miss K!

Miss K stopped by with her Momma and Granny on Friday morning to get some shots done to round out her portfolio. She is a sweet little gal and quite the poser. And Momma had some really cute outfits, which always make the session so much fun for me! Thank you guys for making the drive and I hope you had a great weekend! Here are just a few of her headshots from the session.

Harmon Family

These are the Harmon grandchildren, all 6 of them. They are a great group to photograph, each having such presence. It is easy to blend in when among family, but they each made an impact on me and my lens. Thank you guys for being such great sports in the heat. God has blessed this family and we are glad you chose our studio to capture them as they grow!

And here is one for them...funny faces all around! Hope you guys are enjoying your summer!

Mr. K turns ONE!!

This handsome little man stopped by just before we went for a little vacation. He was getting ready to have his very first birthday. We had a great time with him and his pretty Momma. He is already walking and didn't want to stop for a second. But the real fun started when we got the cake out. He was so excited and went at it like he had done this a million times before, definitely a cake man! Thank you Momma, for bringing him out and letting us share in this special time!

Lindley Family

I love this family! They have the most beautiful children, inside and out, and the session is always full of laughs! We have the joy of seeing them every week cause Miss H. has tap class with KK. I am so looking forward to their recital this weekend. If you don't have any plans, you should come out and see them tap their hearts out.

Thanks, Randa for your patience on this post. We are finally back from vacay and getting back into the swing of things. Hope you enjoy these.
